Onam Bonus Calculation in the SPARK

For Bonus calculation

1. select bonus calculation option from the Salary Matters menu. (Salary Matters -> Processing -> Bonus -> Bonus Calculation)

2. Select DDO Code

3. Select Bill Type

4. Click Select Employees Button

5. Select Employees

6. Click Submit Button

NOTE : Bonus will be calculated based on the salary drawn particulars available. Salary or Arrears drawn manually has to be entered through "Manually Drawn" Menu in the Salary matters

How to take Onam Bonus Bill

മേല്‍ വിവരിച്ച പ്രകാരം ഓണം ബോണസ് പ്രോസസിങ് കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ ബോണസ് ബില്ല് (Inner/Outer) പ്രിന്റ് എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്.

Festival Allowance Bill എടുക്കുന്ന വിധം

മുകളില്‍ വിവരിച്ചതു പോലെ Festival Allowance പ്രോസസിങ് കഴിഞ്ഞതിനു ശേഷം Festival Allowance ബില്ല് എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. Salary Matters ല്‍ ആണ് ഈ മെനു ഉള്ളത്.

Salary Matters - Processing -> Festival Allowance -> Festival Allowance Bill. എന്ന ക്രമത്തില്‍ ഓപ്പണ്‍ ചെയ്യുക. നേരത്തെ പ്രോസസ് ചെയ്ത ബില്ല് ഈ പേജില്‍ കാണാവുന്നതാണ്.

 Salary Matters -> Processing -> Onam/Fest. Advance -> Onam Fest Advance Processing.

 

ഈ പേജില്‍ ബില്ല് സെലക്ട് ചെയ്യുമ്പോള്‍ അര്‍ഹരായ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ പേരുകള്‍ കാണിക്കും. ആദ്യം വലതു വശത്ത് ലോണ്‍ സംബന്ധമായ വിവരങ്ങള്‍ നല്‍കുക.

Loan A/C No എന്നത് Fest Adv എന്ന് നല്‍കിയാല്‍ മതി.

പിന്നീട് പേരിനു നേരെയുള്ള ടിക്ക് മാര്‍ക്ക് നല്‍കുക.Proceed ബട്ടണ്‍ ക്ലിക്ക് ചെയ്യുക.

Enter Loan Amount and then select the employees for whom the given amount is to be granted. For granting another amount to a different set of employees, change the loan amount and select the employees. After setting the amount for all required employees, click the proceed button to process the advance bill.

മുകളില്‍ സൂചിപ്പിച്ചതു പ്രകാരം ഓണം അഡ്വാന്‍സ് പ്രോസസ് ചെയ്തു കഴിഞ്ഞാല്‍ inner/outer ബില്ലുകള്‍ പ്രിന്റ് എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. എടുക്കേണ്ട രീതി താഴെ പറയുന്നു.

50% അഡ്വാന്‍സ് സാലറി പ്രോസസിങിനായി പുതിയ ഒരു മൊഡ്യൂള്‍ കൂടി സ്പാര്‍ക്കില്‍ കൂട്ടിച്ചേര്‍ത്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. Advance Salary Processing എന്നതാണ് പുതിയ മെനു. Salary Matters -> Processing -> Advance Salary -> Advance Salary Processing എന്ന രീതിയില്‍ പുതിയ മെനു എടുക്കാവുന്നതാണ്. താഴെ സ്ക്രീന്‍ ഷോട്ട് നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.

സാധാരണ പ്രതിമാസ സാലറി പ്രോസസ് ചെയ്യുന്ന അതേ രീതിയില്‍ തന്നെയാണ് 50% Advance Salary Processing ഉം നടത്തേണ്ടത്. പ്രോസസിങ് തെറ്റിപ്പോയി എന്നു തോന്നിയാല്‍ പ്രോസസ് ചെയ്ത അഡ്വാന്‍സ് ക്യാന്‍സല്‍ ചെയ്യാവുന്നതാണ്(Salary Matters -> Processing -> Advance Salary ->Cancel Advance Processed Salary). പ്രോസസ് ചെയ്ത Advance Salary യുടെ ബില്ല് Bills and Schedule എന്ന മെനുവില്‍ ഉണ്ട്. താഴെ സ്ക്രീന്‍ ഷോട്ട് നല്‍കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.
